4.23 Vignetting issues?

I can’t seem to get Vignetting to work. According to the documentation its just a setting on post processing right?

I have a blank project with FPS template and an unbound post process volume with Vignetting intensity at 1 but, don’t see any changes.

Is this an issue with my unreal version or am I missing something?

Works straight out of the box for me. Defintely unbound?..
