[4.12.3] 'HMD pd xx' doesn't work with SteamVR

When using the Oculus Runtime, I can change the internal rendering resolution with the console command ‘hmd sp XX’ where ‘XX’ stands for a number between 0.3 and 2.0. When using the SteamVR plugin the command doesn’t have any effect.

Besides: The camera has a different position for Vive and Oculus, even when using identical settings and ‘setTrackingOrigin()’ to ‘Floor level’.
