Make sure your Engine Scalability settings are set to EPIC. (Toolbar > Settings > Engine Scalability)
Are ‘cast shadows’ turned on for all the meshes?
Or maybe shadows are turned off in the engine settings?
Also are you viewing this in “realtime”? I have seen this exact situation before (from your image) in levels before, making me think i broke something, but it was simply because it wasn’t “realtime” in the viewport. Making no shadows being displayed from any lighting onto anything at all.
