2D TileMap has strange lighting during runtime, no lights in scene

As you can see in the screenshot above, the main game has a washed-out look to it while the actual camera (in the bottom right box) is how it should actually look. There are no lights in the scene and the textures should be unlit so I’m confused where this washed-out look is coming from. Any ideas?
