@VictorLerp Hi, I’ve received your email regarding the $50 credits I won for the GameJam and I replied with my Epic account immediately. However, I haven’t received any news since and the credits don’t appear when I want to make a purchase on the Marketplace. Should I send the email back to you again ? Thanks !
@VictorLerp Would it be possible to have a rough estimate on when to expect the physical finalist prizes?
I’m not sure if you already contacted us via email, but the credits will be an option when you complete your purchase. We had another instance where a user already had the account information saved, and if that’s the case you have to go back one step to change “payment method”. Please PM me if you’re still not able to access them.
