Hi, I’m having a problem with the Perforce account provided by Assemblia, and unfortunately Assemblia takes “hours” to respond/reply
Yesterday I was able to add a simple test file just fine however today my depot was filled with files from a user who is not in our “Space” and now my perforce client fails to connect to the server despite having the config file perfectly set up.
Who should I ask to help me with these problems?

Were further details given about the lightsync challenge, I recall it being mentioned in the live stream but was any link given?
We were just wondering: Is Gear VR for Mobile Devices (Samsung/Android) a supported submission? In other therms: Is the jury capeable of testing it?

So we’ve had our game done since this morning, but I made two mistakes - underestimated how long the build would take, and thought we had until 3pm to submit. How strict is that deadline?
Hello guys, I uploaded a game for tyhe jam but I when I clicked submit it said I don’t have any, now the dealline is over, the game is on https://sutivu./inaccurate-death and I dont see it on the submitions … I did something worng? Please help, I pass the last 48hours for the project 
My project is over the 1gb upload size, and butler wont work , the itch app fails to run and im pulling my hair out, been trying to upload it for the past hour :’( - please someone help.

Lol, new special categorie: Most edited posting in this thread! Hehe, okay, we should have known better regarding issues with submitting through Itchy for the first time, our own stupidity expecting to get this done within half an hour. Next time we’re smarter, so for the last editing here, I present a video of my complete game, at least 5 minutes+ playable fun and a bunch of metal at the end. 
Question: after preparing all the upload requirements I accidentally pressed “Upload Game” at the bottom of the list under “Create new game” and lost all my setup information.
Afterwards there was no time left to redo it and submit the info, so the game couldn’t get submitted, even though everything was uploaded, etc.
Any thoughts about it still being possible to submit or finding a way to enter, even if we get disqualified, I’d love to see some people check out the game.

Oh man, I guess we’re not alone. Maybe they’ll consider opening the submission window up again? I doubt anyone’s trying to game the system by waiting until 30 minutes after the deadline to squeeze in some extra working time.
