I am trying to make a 2 player splitscreen game but I have come across some issues. First of all, instead of being splitscreen (even though I have ticked that option) it is open in 2 different windows, and one character being immobile unless that particular screen is clicked on. Also, even though i have set up one character being WASD and the other being arrow keys, they both either use WASD or arrow keys. Anyone got any help?
It sounds like you have the number of players set to 2 in your play settings - if you want to create a splitscreen game (local multiplayer), you have to spawn two characters yourself. The setting for nr of players creates a networked multiplayer game that runs separate instances of the game for each player, hence the windows.
