2 assets I already bought on UE Marketplace (same creator), asking me to buy again on Fab.com even though they're in my Fab library

Summary

Hi, I have come across 2 assets that I already bought and own on Epic Marketplace. Both of these assets (same creator) show up in my Fab library but rather than providing me with an option to ‘Download’ or ‘Add to Project’ they are instead presenting me with the price and prompting me to ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Add to Cart.’ I bought the assets on 28 March 2024, and I still have the email receipt.

Steps to Reproduce

I open my library in Fab, click on the asset I want to download/add to project, and I’m instead prompted to buy again.

Expected Result

I expected to be able to use the assets I purchased.

Observed Result

I can’t use the assets I purchased

I am also having this issue. I just purchased four asset packs last night, and two of the 4 (same creator) are not giving me access. Same thing, they show in my library, but when trying to access or add to project, it just prompts with the price. I also have my receipt. Please get this fixed. Thank you.

Hi everyone. Thanks for raising this issue - please contact https://support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport and include the names of the products that you’re unable to access.

Hey there everyone, as a workaround you should be able to use the item you purchased through the Vault while we investigate this.

Your solutions department sent me a mail to tell me that my product is in my library on their side.
I replied with proof that it is not.

These assets are not cheap and we are under massive deadline pressure as developers.

Taking someone’s money and not providing a product is not cool at all.

That very concerning and sellers too have similar issue.

For 3d asset like blender yes but plugin engine, we can’t download our own plugin to test it out. It been weeks like that. :slightly_frowning_face:

Hi @UncleFunks and @Arodi007 . I’ll check with the team on the things you mention.

@Arodi007 I know that we’re having an issue right now that prevents publishers of UE products from downloading their own stuff. We’re working on fixing this.
