in my project I am using dynamic lighting (movable direct Light and movable skylight). So the sky shall be taken into account for the skylight.
I then generated some nice skies with terragen and saved them as exr 32bit. Then I Imported them into ue4 and used them, which works like a charm.
And I did the same with 16bit exr, which work just as good.
Now I wonder, if there is a good reason to use the 32bit files, as they are 4 times as big. Are there any advantages?
