Matchmaking
Summary
Map will lose its only chance on discover and the Algorithm will stop putting it into rotation due to low plays caused by Matchmaking errors and Long 15 minute wait times.
This is devastatingly impacting the game created.
I believe this is an issue with my Creator Account, as this has happened to every map I have created, and prevents me from Creating more maps as this has been occuring since April 2023.
I should have a map on my profile that does not have matchmaking issues. However this has occured on all of my maps since April 2023.
Other creators get onto discover frequently, while I get onto discover with horrible results each time because of the reason that players cannot join due to matchmaking errors since April 2023 and has not been fixed on my account, and then the algorithm stops rotating my maps.
Steps to Reproduce
Choose the Map Plunder the Caves
Ready up in the lobby
Matchmaking either says “Mathmaking error” for every player
When trying alone, It says “Preparing” for 15 minutes minimum or longer until it fails mathmaking.
Expected Result
Players should be able to matchmaking into maps.
Observed Result
Players have never been able to play my maps created on my Creator Account.
