Zorder of Webbrowser in Mobile device is not same as in the PC

I’m having this issue as well and am currently looking for a solution. ZOrder and Hierarchy has no effect what-so-ever on the position of the non-web browser on iOS devices. I’m thinking that it may have to be two separate widgets, and the web browser widget adds the non-web browser widget to itself at runtime. It’s highly convoluted and unnecessary, but that’s when I’ve come to expect when trying to support iOS devices.
