Zip up project doesn't include Plugins folder

I’m not sure if it should be a Bug Report or a Feature Request.
When I press Zip up project, the zip doesn’t include the Plugins folder (if there is one), even though it would be necessary to reopen the project.

I did some checking on this, and it looks like we already have a couple tickets in to address this (UE-19679 and UE-36136). Unfortunately neither one is showing much activity on it.

Oh, you are right, thanks! Looks like I forgot to Google this first! Too bad, since no-one expects this bug first, and it would be very easy to fix probably.

I’m still seeing this issue.Has there been any method to automatically include the plugins folder when zipping a project?
