I’m trying to use ZenShareDDC.
I finished the setup quickly and easily.
However, the Zen Remote latency is very high.
But when I checked the LAN speed, it was 3ms.
What should I check? What am I missing?

Hey there @GooGooWork! Welcome to the community! That is some extremely high latency. Is it possible the server hosting it is overburdened? What’s the average read/write for this server?
The server is not overburdened.
How can I check the average read/write?
Also FileSystem latency is not high .

Might not need to think on the Read/Write here actually, considering the latency it’s probably only able to do but so much with what it gets.
Do you have a firewall that could be interfering with the application?
It’s possible another application is using the same ports, this could cause a similar kind of congestion presenting as latency.
Is there anything in the log led by LogDerivedDataCache with any errors during operation? (it likely won’t have anything since I believe the engine log only works with the local cache, but it’s worth a look).

Thanks for that. It seems to correctly recognize your local instance and remote instance and even says the remote instance is “ok!” before it claims performance is too low to continue without any extra information about it so we may need to enable verbose logging to get any extra info.
To turn on verbose logging, run with -logcmds="LogDerivedDataCache Verbose".
