Thank you for reporting this issue. When you say that you are using an iPad air with 8 free with as many as 20 gb, I am a bit lost I what this may mean. Are you saying that you have an iPad air using iOS 8, with 20 gb free? Just want to clarify before I begin investigating the issue.
