Zbrush to maya. Normal maps flip in mental ray render

hi, been experiencing some problem. been working on a 3d model project.

zbrush to maya.

everything looks great from zbrush to maya. but until when i render it in mentalray. i can see the mnster’s abs are in reverse. while other parts such as horns etc are doing well

any ideas how to fix it? can you give me a list of ways to fix it?

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem and can’t figure it out.
Coming out of mudbox to Maya. My arms show the invert of my normal map, everything else is correct.

please help.
