How It Works
OptiTick dynamically adjusts actor performance based on distance and visibility:
Near actors -> full performance
Mid-distance actors -> reduced tick rate
Distant / non-visible actors -> minimal CPU usage
This ensures optimal performance while maintaining a smooth player experience.

OptiTick includes built-in safeguards to prevent unwanted behavior:
Never Optimize -> disables optimization per actor
Minimum State -> prevents excessive slowdown
