"Your license is being used by another computer"

This message started to popup from yesterday. When I click activate, everything is ok for few minute, and then over again. Any info on this?

Hi @ArchCro,
this is really strange. Are you using a floating license? I checked your account and is seems like it is attached to the machine without the name. So I suppose that could be the issue.
Can you please contact our support with this issue?

license is floating… It happens when I have 2 or more instances opened. Strange that you say that the machine is without the name… Maybe some of Windows update caused this?

Are you using only one machine for this license?
Can I cancel the activation for you? Then it should work properly.

I have RC installed on multiple PCs, but using only on one at a time.

Can you also please explain me how licensing work after 1.4 update?

I have paid enterprise license. Since It’s free for companies under 1M revenue per year (as my company), does this mean that I can have opened RC on multiple PCs at once?

As you have bought ENT license you can download the installation file for 1.4.1 version from My - Sign in - Capturing Reality site and install it on your PCs. Then you can use it on more computers.
