"Your Fab Publisher Profile Has Been Deactivated"

Summary

Hi there, I have completed the onboarding, completed my tax and payout profile, and successfully listed an asset on the Fab store.
However, I have been receiving emails regularly saying that my tax and payout profile is NOT complete, which I believe is incorrect. I have attempted to contact support already but have not heard back- Unsure if the support form is functional.
Today I received an email stating that my Fab publishing profile has been deactivated because I allegedly did not complete the tax/payout profile. There is no indication of where to complete it or that further action is needed on my part, other than these vague emails. I have a Hyperwallet account through Epic correctly linked to my bank account, and provided government documentation to Fab which was accepted as part of the onboarding.

Furthermore, I can still access the Fab publisher portal AND my asset appears to still live on the store. So, what gives? Is my profile deactivated, or not? Do I need to take further action, or not?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Fab account
  2. Complete onboarding, including setting up payment and submitting documents
  3. Continue to receive emails stating that tax/payment is NOT complete, despite onboarding being complete on the Fab website

Expected Result

Expected to not receive vague emails about tax/payment not being complete. The emails do not offer any method to complete what is allegedly incomplete.
If the emails are correct, I expect to be provided a clear path to rectifying the issue and completing the process.

Observed Result

The actual result is I have continued to receive emails about tax/payment being incomplete, despite completing it as part of the onboarding.
