I am requesting to be able to get your help. In my Publisher Portal I get a message: You must complete your payment information in order to be eligible for a payment.I can’t understand what this means. A few days ago I had a new tax interview and activated Hyperwallet in order to get rid of my middle name, and also filled out the complete information. But now I get this message and I don’t know what else I need to fill in and where.

I also re-added the new transfer method, but still have this message. I didn’t fill in the information about the intermediary bank, is that why?

You will need to reach out to Marketplace Support and or Hyperwallet in order to resolve your issue. Unfortunately, they are the only ones who can help you figure out the specifics of what is happening.
