everytime i try to launch someones demo i get that error please help asap

Just a couple of questions to clarify… The demos you are trying to open, are they packaged games or users project files that they want you to open through the Launcher. Also, are you on a Mac or PC. What are your system Specs?

For PC: Your dxdiag (Windows Start Button>(search “dxdiag”)>Launch dxdiag>select “Save all information”>attach text file to your post.)

For Mac: Your Mac’s specs. You can find this in the Apple menu >About This Mac>More Info> Add the information from this window (serial # not necessary).
