Your objects pivot point / origin is at the base and not the center. Under normal circumstances objects rotate around their origin point as defined by the 3D modeling software. One way to change this is to edit the model to move the model to a different origin point.
I dont think so because if you try this unreal basic shapes like cube same result on it . only Y axis works weird X and Z its okay . Can you please open an unreal engine and try it too
I’m certain. Look at where the center point of the gizmo that controls the scale/rotation/movement is - that is the origin point, and it is at the bottom of the mesh. The rotation behavior shown in your video is normal based on the location of the origin.
