Y-Axis in UE4 reversed from 3ds max?

I searched and read on this but want to be sure I am not missing something. When building a map in max and importing in ue4 via fbx, objects come in oriented correctly using the max origin. But if I have to move something in ue4 in Y the values are reversed. So if looking from top viewport in ue4 and moving y 1 unit it will move it down instead of up as in max top view.

Is there anything I should watch out for regarding this? I know thats a gerneralized question, but if anyone has a “watch out for this” situation, I would be glad to hear it.
