My map is facing the same issue as the other creators it’s still stuck on “Calibrating.” After the new season update, I started getting even more players than before, so XP should’ve already returned. The map is clearly affected by this problem, please review it and adjust it to recalibrate!! @Flak

@Flak I want to bring to your attention that my map (9123-1250-5370) is still not giving XP and remains stuck on “Calibrating.” After the new season update, the map received even more players than before, so XP should have already resumed.

Just because XP was disabled 22 days ago doesn’t mean the map isn’t affected now. The map is clearly impacted by this issue, and other creators with similar problems had theirs recalibrated. Please review my map and adjust it to recalibrate.

Interestingly, some maps with lower CCU have changed from “Calibrating” to “Analyzing,” while my map, which has higher CCU, is still stuck on “Calibrating.”

This issue is urgent because if it’s not fixed, it may permanently affect my map and the player experience.

Hi @Flak, I need your help! I’m experiencing the same problem we had at the beginning of the season. My map has been updated and calibrated, and for no apparent reason it has stopped giving me experience points. It doesn’t appear to be analyzing, calibrating, or going to award experience points, even though it had already completed that whole process. I would like, if possible, for you to help me. I would be very grateful.

The status of FORT-1006735 changed to ‘Needs Triage’. We’ve confirmed the issue and it’s waiting to be assigned to someone to fix it.
