How to access the Xbox One SDK if you are developing a game within the Xbox Live Creators Program?
You can’t, that only gives you the ability to publish UWP apps to Xbox, it doesn’t give you access to the SDK.
What exactly does that mean? does an unreal engine 5 project count as a UWP app?
