Our Interactive Procedural City Creator aka iPCC is complete suite of tools for generating ultra realistic city environments interactivly using your own assets, for instance like the Matrix Awakens city. PCC features several tools for generating road networks, road props, rivers, freeways, highways, ramps, tunnels, bridges, real-world building shapes and more. Because iPCC is multi-process generation, it allows you to design, tweak and customize each stage of the generation without losing any artistic control and do not requires crazy processing power.
With PCC you can design roads, streets, buildings, cars, parking, props and any aspect of the city with your own custom meshes from A to Z.
PCC allows you to use your premade building meshes like from Kitbash or generate a full building from your modular meshes like from Quixel using its built-in Grammar based Procedural Building Generator and by allowing you to mix premade and procedurally generated buildings as you wish.
PCC supports car parking generation and Props spawning in any arbitrary area to give detail to your city, from small to big scale. On top of that, all PCC modules can be used in standalone mode to quickly generate a small portion of the environment or any hero space, making it versatile in most cases.
PCC is heavily optimized to generate city using instanced Static Mesh components out of the box, allowing for a massive boost in performance in the case of Nanite, Virtual Shadows maps, and Lumen both Hardware and Software. Also, PCC has built-in editor widget for further optimization and to automatically regroup generated actors into Data Layers allowing to create of enourmus cities without having to suffer from performance issue in editor.
Project like this take a lot of time, effort and risk to develop, if you found it useful, please take a time to give us some reviews, it allows us to succeed and to continue to support you and take risk to pursuit these type of projects in the future! from all the members of Procedural World Lab
Good luck i asked for a refund a year ago, NEVER HEARD BACK. Just told me i dont know how to use it, when its all buggy crashes all the time. So good luck with your refund…
Since the seller reports negative reviews and FAB seems to protect/ignore scammy sellers on their marketplace, I’ll also write my experience here:
The tool is poor quality, typical example of “when the demo works, but if you change anything, it breaks immediately”
There is a lot of BP code duplication, bad namings, using data tables where it shouldn’t etc., it’s a pain to fix anything
Essential features are broken so be prepared to fix things yourself if you want to use it (e.g. generating meshes from procedural buildings contains quite few bugs, material randomization is straight up broken)
Documentation barely exists, there are some videos that are pain to watch and just click through some feature, no real overview nor explanation
The seller also runs a scam on their website that there is a $15 / mo indie subscription but the payment is broken for over a year now. Once I reached out to the seller, they told me to buy the asset on FAB for over $200. I got scammed this way by buying one of their asset packs first during a sale, then the seller told me it’s my fault I did not check beforehand whether their website is broken. What a joke.
