[WWise] Packaging fails due to library file issue

I’m trying to package a project for Windows x64. However, I get the error where UE is looking for the file Plugins\Wwise\Source\AkAudio\..\..\ThirdParty\x64_vc150\Profile\lib\AkSoundEngine.lib but it can’t for some reason. I have googled this error and all I found is that I needed the VS2017 build tools, but I already have them.

Interestingly, my teammate who has packaged the same project on his MacOS PC has confirmed that this works on their end.

Is there something I am missing?
