WTF Normal map? Why so flippy?

I baked out a normal map as I usualy do from xNormal

In UDK I would usualy have to flip the green chanel, but after that it would all look hot.
In UE4 on the other hand, things are a little wonky :S

It looks just as bad with green chanel flip check box on or off (just a different kind of bad)
