can’t figure out wtf this is? it’s really ****ing annoying, keeps popping up every couple of seconds in completely random parts of the blueprint even when i’m not connected to the net, what the hell is it? it’s really distracting!
It’s from Nvidia, I believe it’s part of the shadow play recording feature. It thinks the editor is a game that you might want to record. There should be some settings to turn it off in the Geforce experience program.

It’s a virtual webcam.
Make sure to cover it with a post it note or something if you don’t want to be recorded.
