Hi,
I have a question – where did all the materials and models I “bought” disappear to?
I’m reading somewhere that I was supposed to “claim” them, but I didn’t expect to have to do it a second time 
Some of us haven’t earned even a single cent from graphics yet to be able to buy something like 3000 assets. I thought - ok i maybe didint claim all of them a year ago - but at least i got these ~3000 and yesterday i find out that i got nothing.
How can I fix this and get them back?
