Hello,
I am having issues with a node in my nDisplay cluster where the viewports ordering in the Unreal window of the node is not consistent with the one in my nDisplay config.
As shown in the image below, in my configuration I have 3 side by side viewports, 1920x1200 each, named VP4, VP5 and VP1 and set up in that order from left to right.
However in the Unreal window created by nDisplay on the cluster node, the viewports appear in a different order (VP1, VP5, VP4, from left to right).
Is there anything that could change the viewport order in the nDisplay window ?
I tried swapping around the display order in Windows, and the connected display on the graphic card directly and I found a lot of configuration that just did not work : some viewports where missing, or all black.
It seemed that to get it working I needed to have the connected displays set up in the right order on the graphic card outputs (VP4, VP5, and VP1 in displayport outputs 1, 2, 3). To have the Windows display order set up in the same order (display 1, 2, and 3 in Windows display settings corresponding to the VP4, VP5, and VP1) and also define the viewports in the right order in the nDisplay configuration file (VP4, VP5, then VP1).
It worked for a while but now some viewports are swapped again so I fail to understand what can be causing this.
Any help is appreciated !
Edit : I tried locally with the nDisplay Launch tool and the created window also have swapped around viewports so it does not seems to be a Windows or graphic driver issue but rather something coming from the nDisplay config or Unreal project.
Also swapping around the left and right viewports (4 and 1) in my config file seems to have no effect on the created output window.
