Wrong FBX scale from Blender

Hello, i am trying to import some 3D models from Blender to Unreal Engine. Is there some correct way to set up exporting FBX from blender to UE?
We are working on a little project with my friend and he is working with 3DS max. His scale is correct but when he imports my models into 3DS max they have not applied scale. On my end is everything right. Applied rotation and scale, right units everything is in centimeters and etc…
Does anyone know answer to this? I am exporting FBX for 5 years and this has never come into a problem.
