That makes even less sense actually.
Your Animation is animated and imported as an animation, so you cant randomly have it change the direction it is animated on the run while the animation plays.
Otherwise, your model needs to be carefully constructed with the bones properly placed on the correct axis so that you can affect their position via Fabrik or another similar bone manipulation node.
if you set them right, then you can apply values to the correct rotation axis in World Space and you can make the rudder twist the correct way (inverse of direction) - possibly with a Clamp to limit the angle it can move.
