Hi! Yesterday I got my payout from fab but it’s only 75% of the revenue instead of 88%. Is there a change how fab counts the revenue share?
I checked my sales and turned out there is one sale less on the monthly reports than on the sales tab(same time period, June). Does anybody else encountered with this issue?
Checked mine now and it’s 88% this month.
Maybe there was a refund? (that’s the only thing I could think off..)
@Frommy yes I had a refund. 20 sales and one refund. My sales tab says 19 sales, but on the monthly report I see only 18
