Would Unreal be good for 'huge terrain' (entire planets) such as for space simulation?

Hey all,

I know some game engines have their specialty zones, and was wondering if Unreal would be good for doing things like Mars, the Moon, even Earth, for a simulator where you could fly up into orbit?

Generall, in conjunction with Static Meshes (built in a 3D Application separately,) Unreal’s visual Engine Can be worth it however Landscapes in UE4 are fairly limited.

If you have some very skilled programmers, then you can make something work.
