Would it be possible to have game elements react to sound?

would it be possible to code a similar function to this on UE4? and have it be extensive enough where you can just swap out songs or audio files and have them automatically be analized to react to lows mids highs of a song or something ?

You talking about getting spectrum and it seems it possible,

even if not you definitly would be able to route it out from unreal engine

wow this is exactly what I’m looking for. is this built into to the engine natively or did he have to code it specifically ? and what do you mean by route?
