I’m an open source software developer, and I would like to develop a game with Unreal Engine. This game would be released with the AGPL license (very similar to GPL). Would this be compatible with Unreal Engine’s EULA? As far as I understand, it is okay with Epic to distribute something made with Unreal Engine, as long as the engine code is not included. Would it be possible to distribute my game’s code without including engine code? If that is possible, would it be okay to do?
Because everyone’s situation is unique, including yours, I highly suggest seeking out some legal council to ensure that you are completely in the clear.

Thank you for the advice! You’re right, I should definitely do that.
