Ive had this idea of making a game for a long time as many others lol. But Ive always wanted to make a steampunk battle royale like game that resembles Apex Legends but in 3rd person. For a long time I want writing a book or just a story of the world I imagined. Yet the original idea from 4 years ago was for a game set in that world. I never knew if it would even be a game people would play. I figured Id post this here to see if someone would actually be interested in it. I dont want the game to be pay to win or crazy overpriced at all. My dream was for it to be affordable. My dream was to make this game and expand on the world I had dreamed of. Im no professional but I hope one day I can make this a real thing lol. Sorry if that was cringy.

I think this is a brilliant idea. I’m not much of a battle royale player but the steampunk element would definitely cause some waves (in the best way!). Especially if the gameplay is as impactful as other games in the category. I’d suggest making a “mood board” or something similar with inspiration pics, game elements you really enjoy and want to replicate, and just obsess with the idea for a while. Get your idea out into the world in some form - even if its just stick figure drawings for a while.
I hope we all get the chance to see your idea become a reality. If you happen to start developing it - be sure to share it here with other Unreal devs. It’s always great to see a project created from the ground up. 
Also, there’s nothing cringy about being creative. Epic ideas come from people brave enough to dream them up.
