World-space widgets don't render properly when attached to anything

Hi all,

I’m having an issue in 5.7.2 where when any world space widgets are attached to something (e.g a Static Mesh, or Skeletal Mesh), they stop rendering properly and just show the grey checkerboard material. As soon as you then remove it from the parent component, it will render properly again.

Does anyone know how to get it to work? I want to attach it to a socket on the player mesh..
