World space WidgetComponent doesn't respond to input when in Standalone

Like the bug described in UE-62154, world space WidgetComponent widgets never respond to input when in Standalone; their NativeOnKeyDown() and similar functions simply never execute. PIE works fine.

This is a major blocker for VR projects like mine, where it prevents menu navigation, key rebinding, and text entry.

I’ve had to go back to a 2D menu and forego VR support altogether until this bug is fixed.
