World Space Offset acting different in foliage actors

i’m trying to use the Visual Tech Art’s solution to bill boards in grass planes, to make it follow the camera. How to make Camera Facing Billboards (UE4, valid for UE5) - YouTube

The guide works seamless in static mesh actors, but when i tried to use the same static mesh in the foliage actor, the displacement acts different. I already tried the 2 suggested solutions:

Make the grass planes face X+;
Disable random Yaw.
