It is needed to make the PCG World Partition actors match the grid. Can’t do it in 5.4 currently. Was the parameter moved somewhere else? can’t seem to find it. No mention of this change on the 5.4 release notes.
5.3 has the “origin” parameter
5.4 does not.
The answer of my question was found on the “World Building Guide - v2” Epic provides.
Change it from HashSet to SpatialHash your using the wrong grid class.
