World Partition - Streaming Proxys

I’ve created an entirely blank project with a huge open world landscape. However, when I select the button to play the game, certain landscape tiles are not streamed in until way after others are.

Ideally I could have a circle of loading distance to load in the proxys at specific points but I don’t see any documentation or tutorials on this. It honestly might be a bug?\

I doubt its my hardware since im on an RTX 3090 with an i9 and 64 gb or RAM

The Map is 10.5kmx10.5km with a max elevation of around 512km

I posted some pictures trying to visualize what I mean. I either want the mountain to be completely out of render or to be fully rendered. At a certain distance the tiles do eventually load in

It also seems that there is no pattern to which tiles are going black and which are always streamed in

Same issue here. Replying in case it gets more attention. Really wondering how to fix this
