World partition not working properly on large maps

I have created a new level from “empty open world” template. I also created a landscape, and noticed that the world partition does not work properly on larger maps.

These are the settings that work.

Anything higher than this, and it won’t work correctly.
Notice that I also had to lower “World Partition Grid Size” from 2 (default) to 1, for it to work.

This is what is suposed to look like:

And this is what it looks like when using settings higher than mentioned:

Is this a bug? Or am I missing something here?

Here’s the map.

The loading range is set to 30000 and these are thee landscape’s settings:
678879768

When I play the game, this is what’s rendering:

Here I change the loading range from 30000 to 70000:

And this is what’s rendering:

Quick update: I have been trying to create a landscape the size of the one existing in the “Open World” Template.

Here are the settings of the landscape in the template:
7i768u

What’s crazy to me is that I did not manage to make it work with 127x127 verts. I barely did it with 63x63.
I tried to recreate the landscape with the exact same settings:
567845667
I could not use the same settings. I could not match the resolution. If I was to lower it, then there wouldn’t be 256 components.

I suspect that this landscape was created using a 3rd-party software such as Gaea.
Can anyone confirm this?

You should only use valid Recommended Landscape Resolutions as outlined on this page:

Or you should be using valid World Partition landscape sizes for imported heightmaps which is (511 x N) - (N - 1) I believe it is if memory serves me correctly.
