Is this intentional? If so, what’s the purpose? If not, is there a fix for it?
I know that importing tiled landscapes is bugged in 4.7, so I compiled a build of 4.7 with the 4.8 import fix-could this have caused it?
Hi The_Shane,
I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my end, is this in 4.7.0 or 4.7.2?
Hi,
When you select a tile world composition draws it on top of other tiles. Looks like tile you have selected have no generated image so, it shows just white color. If you load that tile image should be regenerated.
Also bug with tiled landscape import is fixed in 4.7.3, which should be released this week.
Hi , it was in 4.7.2. It only started happening in this particular file, but I’m not sure what caused the issue to happen in the first place as all I had done was paint the area and readjust some areas.
Hi, I have tried loading and unloading the tile but its tile area still covers 5x that of the other tiles. By loading the tiles that it is overlapping, their images are visible (and the white bar is removed), so thanks for the explanation. I’m not sure why that particular tile has 5x the height of my other tiles, but I’ll just assume user error.
