Hi, We work with the equipment Faro Design ScanArm 2.5C and software Faro RevEng. We export cloud points in e57 format but when importing it into Reality Capture (Inputs / Laser Scan) the software loads a new empty component, without any data.

we actually don’t support moving laser scanners. The lidar data we process must come out of a fixed position scanner.
Sorry for the bad news but that’s how it is.

Could it be a walkaround like converting data to another format or whatever?
I don’t know of any workaround for this unfortunately.
