Workflow between UE5 and Clo3D to create avatar animation

Hi guys, I’m really hoping someone can help me. I am fairly new to UE5 and would greatly appreciate some help with laying out a pipeline between UE5 and Clo (or MD). My goal is to create a metahuman avatar wearing sports clothes with a bit of animation. I have downloaded and exported my metahuman as an FBX and imported it into Clo to fit my garments to. Once simulated I have then exported as an FBX again to import into UE5, however I do not know how to get the metahuman features back once imported.

I will tackle the animation at a later point, my key issue is attaching the features back and also getting the details of the clothes too.

Any help would be appreciated.
