Workaround for "Cable Actor" Bug?

Currently The Cable Actor keeps re setting simulation the moment it moves whereas in previous UE versions you could move it around smoothly. Is there any way to work around this while we wait for a fix? The Cable Actor should not reset the moment it is moved ( it resets in blueprint, attached to other objects, in editor and runtime )
