Wont load the editor

Okay so I downloaded ue4 and that and that then I click launch unreal editor so I do and the version is 4.18.3 and when it’s loading it stops at 45% each time and I tried restarting the computer and it did not work help

I need a little bit more information.

How and where did you install the 'Epic Games Launcher?

Do you get a error or something?

Can you run other version’s?

Do you get the “Please Wait” message?

For now I can give you a few thing that can help.

  1. Run Epic Games as administrator and try to install Unreal again.

  2. Reinstall Epic Games. Download - Unreal Engine Make sure you get the launcher directly from original website.

  3. Just Wait for it. It is installing the assets required for first time use. This is only a one time thing so in the future it will load up a lot faster.

  4. If you get the “Please Wait” message, Search on the UE4 Answerhub. There are already a lot of questions and solutions on the UE4 Answerhub.
