WMF media plugin error H264, Webcam c930, Windows version

Hello

We are trying to get live video stream from a C930 webcam to UE 4.22.
The problem is that the webcam shows two video streams in the media player:
Stream 1: H264 ES (not working, this throws error in the WMF media plugin)
Stream 0: YUV2 (works fine all resolutions)

The WMF plugin shows this error when we play the project:
LogWmfMedia: Warning: H264 video type requires Windows 8 or Newer (your version is 6.1.7600.1.256.64bit)

Our System:
W10 Pro 64 bits build 1803
Unreal Engine 4.22 (same error in 4.20 and 4.21)
Logitech Webcam c930

Why do we have a windows version problem in the plugin? My Our Operating system is w10 pro
Why do we have two different Streams in the same webcam?
