WIP UEFN sumi-ink horror exploration map - looking for first-time player feedback

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a WIP UEFN / Fortnite map and I’d like feedback from other creators.

It’s a Japanese sumi-ink horror exploration map where the player follows a small yokai guide, finds talismans, returns to a shrine altar, and unlocks memories.

I’m mainly trying to check the first-time player experience:

  • Is it clear where the player should go?
  • Are the HUD messages readable?
  • Does the talisman → shrine altar loop make sense?
  • Do the cinematic sequences feel natural?
  • Are there any bugs with the tutorial, shrine, or damage areas?

The current test takes about 5–10 minutes.

The island is currently unlisted, so I can send the island code privately to anyone interested.

Any feedback or advice would be appreciated.

Small update:

I only need 3 more testers for this first pass.

The current build takes about 5–10 minutes. I’m especially trying to check whether the shrine / talisman loop is understandable without explanation.

If you can test it, please reply here or DM me and I’ll send the island code privately.
